"Helpful for quick part checks"
I use ti mostly to check parts and stock, and overall it’s been decent. I like that the availability is shown clearly, so if I’m looking for something specific, I can usually figure it out fast and move on with the build plan. The only annoying thing is that a couple of times a part looked available, but once I got to ordering, it was either gone or had a quantity limit I didn’t notice at first. Not a huge deal, but when you’re counting on a few tiny parts to finish a project, it can definitely slow things down a bit.

"Easy site to trust for finding TI parts"
I use ti.com often when I’m looking up chips or datasheets, my instinct has been to trust it because it usually gets me where I need to go quickly. The search works well, the filters are simple enough to use, and I can usually land on the right product page without a bunch of extra clicking. The navigation feels clear too, which makes the whole process a lot less frustrating. Overall, it’s been a really helpful site for me...

"I was dealing with a power design problem…"
I was dealing with a power design problem and expected the usual vague support replies that don’t really help. But TI support actually dug into the details, which was a relief because I was already worried I’d waste a bunch of time chasing the wrong fix. The engineer pointed me to the right app note and even looked over my schematic idea. The issue itself was frustrating, but their help saved me a lot of guessing.

"Quick Help When I Needed It"

"Easy Enough, Just Another Checkout"
Ordered a few parts from ti.com and it went smoothly. The checkout was simple, the site loaded fine, and my payment went through without any drama. I did have to double check the shipping info, which was a little annoying, mostly because I’m just tired of every online order needing that extra bit of attention. Nothing major though. Overall it was a good experience, just not totally perfect.

"The packaging survived, the labels definitely did not help"
My order showed up totally safe and nothing was damaged, so the packaging absolutely did its job. No complaints there. But the labels were way too small and more confusing than they needed to be. I’m 100% sure clearer labels would make a huge difference. The packaging was fine, just nothing impressive. I’d give it 3 stars.

The design tools work fine for the most part, and I was able to get things done. That said, some of the software pages felt a bit confusing at first, and it made me wonder a little about the overall quality and polish. It’s not bad, but I’m not fully convinced yet.

"Decent, but the login experience could be smoother"
My ti account has been fine overall, but logging in can feel a little clunky at times. I’ve had it ask me to verify again even when I was just signed in, which gets annoying. Once I’m in, the account pages work okay, but finding things like settings or order info isn’t always as straightforward as it should be. It’s not a bad experience, but in my opinion it’s average and could definitely use some polishing.

"Super smooth sample order!!!"
I ordered a few chip samples from ti and it was a really smooth experience!!! The form was easy to fill out, I got email updates along the way, and the parts showed up faster than I expected!!! Packaging was totally fine too, no issues there!!! Overall, really good experience and I’d definitely use it again for prototyping!!!
